Wild Peak District Wildflower videos by Byron Machin

Byron is a longstanding associate of BFC and an active expert on the history and wildlife of the High Peak. In 2018 he released a special documentary “Wild Peak” in a series of episodes. Featuring footage filmed over a decade, the special film takes you through the cycle of seasons to reveal the hidden landscapes and incredible natural history of the Peak District. “Wild Peak” was a limited edition release, and as it is now out out-of-print, Byron has made the whole documentary available – in full, and – for free on his YouTube channel. Here are the links to 4 of those episodes covering the wild flowers of the High Peak (plus a bit more).
